SMS terms.

When you choose SMS updates on our preview request form, you agree to receive texts from ModernizeYourWebsite about your website preview, our website services and related offers. These may include follow-up questions and requested preview or payment links. Some messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and our follow-up. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a preview or buy a website without agreeing to texts. Enter a number you control and select the separate SMS checkbox to enroll. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Public business listings and imported lead lists do not enroll anyone in this program.

Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which we will send no further program messages. You can also contact us by email to ask us to stop. A new form submission does not automatically remove an existing opt-out. If you want to rejoin after opting out, contact us so we can review your request.

Delivery depends on your carrier and coverage and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep a record of your SMS choice and opt-outs. We do not sell or share your phone number, SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy policy explains how service providers help us deliver messages and protect these records.
